The requirements of Material and anti-corrosion for steel structure warehouse

Steel structure warehouse is mainly used as storage and logistics industry for goods storage and transportation turnover. In order to protect the safety of goods, steel structure warehouse in anti corrosion and fire resistant aspect, also wind resists and anti seismic performance are essential. For this reason, the material and requirements of each component for the steel structure warehouse, have their corresponding regulations standards. Steel structure warehouse in material selection and anti-corrosion requirements are as follows.

The main steel structure system for warehouse, such as portal frame columns, beams, joists and other steel structure members, need to make sure of rust removal and anti-corrosion measures. Through professional surface rust removal treatment, spray 2 coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer within six hours after rust removal. Galvanized strip steel is used for secondary steel structure system such as bracing, purlin, etc. When installing window frames, we need to ensure that the aluminum windows are vertical and parallel, and ensure the waterproof performance.Tie rods, connecting rods and surfaces must be galvanized to prevent rust, and anchor bolts must be made of steel which meets the requirements.

All the components used for assembling steel warehouse should be finished in combination, punching at factory, factory inspection shall be all qualified, and have the signature of the supervisor to confirm. Each member shall not be processed twice after passing the factory inspection. In addition to the design requirements specified, the rest of the incoming steel or steel structure components, shall not be connected by welding.
