a. Metal raw materials such as steel plates, round steel tensile testing (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after break), bending test, impact test (low temperature impact, aging impact), hardness and other toughness and plasticity properties testing, steel tensile testing (yield strength, tensile strength), bending and other properties. Z-directional tensile test of steel plates.
b. Welding process assessment of metal welded work, tensile and bending tests of steel welded work.
c. Metal hardness test is the metal that resist to local deformation, especially plastic deformation, indentation or scratching ability, Hardness includes: Vickers hardness, Richter hardness, Rockwell hardness, Brinell hardness.
2. Steel structure fastener mechanical properties testing
Bolt connection vice torque coefficient, fastening axial force, tensile (yield strength, tensile strength), wedge load test, bolt nut load test, bolt screw washer hardness and other properties, bolt connection plate anti-slip coefficient detection.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) ,making use of sound, light, magnetic and electrical properties, without damaging or affecting the performance of the object being inspected, to detect the presence of defects that the object being inspected and to providing information on the size, position,and number of defects, and thus determine the technical status of the object being inspected (such as approved or fail, remaining life, etc.)
